… I wanted to contact you and your company to let you know about the work Greg did for us.

Our home has been through 2 major renovations in the past 15 years and we have been witness to the workmanship, service, and clean-up of many contractors.  Bob and I have to say that none of these can hold a candle to that of Greg.  We were very pleased at what we saw throughout the istallation of our shower in the ensuite.

I did not have the opportunity to meet Greg, however, Bob repeatedly commented on his personable and pleasant character as well as the professionalism he displayed.  He addressed any problem he encountered up front, offered solutions and tackled them.  He worked efficiently, his work was neat.  He cleaned up daily and left no trace of evidence taht a reno was taking place.  Greg has exhibited qualities of a young man who respects his customer,his company, and himself.

… Splash renovated two of our bathrooms for us and we are completely satisfied and happy with the results, and our experience, during the consultation and completion of our project. The company were a pleasure to deal with, and accommodated all of our requests and considered our special needs, while also giving us good advice base on their own experience. No detail was too much trouble, and pricing was fair and reasonable.  Minor problems that arose with suppliers were dealt with promptly, efficiently, and with minimum fuss by our knowledgable consultant.

The workers were pleasant and competent, and willing to consult over details as well as some last minute changes. They were careful to prevent mess or disruption, cleaned up every day before leaving, and finished the work promptly, well within the time designated. We were particularly pleased with their attention to detail, and willingness to make adjustments as questions arose.

All in all Splash made the renovation process much easier because of their diligence. They were the best company we’ve dealt with in our fifty years experience as home owners, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Splash to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.
